Q: What are CPR®’s business hours?
A: Monday – Friday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday we are closed.

Q: Can I get a warranty with my repair?
A: All of CPR®’s repairs, not including water damage, come with a 180 day warranty.

Q: Can my warranty be extended?
A: Your warranty can be extended up to one year.

Q: Do I have to wait several weeks to get my mailed in electronic device back?
A: Absolutely not! Our mail in repair service usually takes only 48 hours before your device is back in your hands.

Q: If I get any work done on my device at CPR®, will my existing warranty become void?
A: Your warranty becomes void as soon as your electronic device receives damage.

Q: What will happen to my device if I leave it at CPR® for a long time?
A: CPR® will kindly hold on to your device up to 30 days before recycling your device.

Q: Are the repair techs at CPR® capable of repairing phone water damage?
A: There is an 85% success rate in repairing phone water damage. CPR® technicians are also able to repair phones with a cracked screen, when a phone won’t charge, and much more!

Q: Should I worry that my data will be lost during a repair?
A: No! Nothing CPR® does to your phone will cause any data to become lost. Sometimes though, damage you receive to you phone can cause your data to become erased.

Q: Is CPR® capable of backing up the data on my phone?
A: CPR® is definitely able to back up the data on your device! Just ask for these services and we’ll gladly do it for you!

Q: How much is the cost of shipping?
A: Customers are able to pick the shipping method of their choice. CPR® strongly encourages customers to choose a shipping method that includes insurance and a tracking number.

Q: What will happen if I decide I no longer wish to receive repair services at CPR®?
A: If you no longer want repair services at CPR®, you are required to pay a $15 service fee. This fee will be waived if you decide to donate your device to recycling.

Q: Can CPR® do more than just cell phone repair?
