Walk-in Repairs

In the past, cell phone repair companies had one repair method available to customers. This method was known as the “mail in and wait” method, which would require customers to have to wait several weeks or more in order to get their cell phone repaired and then back in their hands. People rely on the ability to use their trusted cell phone everyday and when something happens that prevents that from being possible, cell phone owners may begin to panic.

Since cell phones have a wide range of functions available, it is very common for most people to keep important information stored on their device. Whether it is important phone numbers, business meetings, or photos of loved ones, cell phones are typically capable of handling a large amount of stored data. When something goes wrong with their device, the cell phone owner may lose access to their important data.

Mail-in Repairs

CPR® cares about providing the most convenient repair services to our customers. We understand that it may not always be possible to visit one of our store locations to receive our amazing repair services. That is why CPR® also offers a handy mail-in repair service that allows customers to take advantage of our repair service even if they can’t come to our store locations!

Any interested customers can click here for our mail-in repair service request form. Our request form lists the instructions that need to be followed to ensure the customer’s damaged device is being properly sent out. A customer can pick the shipping method that they prefer to ship out their device. Customers are encouraged to use a shipping method that includes a tracking number and insurance.

Within 24 hours of receiving the customer’s damaged electronic device, the customer will receive a phone call from one of our repair technicians. The technician will talk to the customer about the problem wit the electronic device and then give the customer an estimated cost for this repair. Once the customer consents to the repair, the repair technician will get to work on repairing the device!

Modifications

The repair techs at CPR® are capable of doing much more than just performing cell phone repairs, small electronics repairs, and video game repairs. Our repair technicians are capable of performing modifications on cell phones as well! If a customer just wishes their cell phone would have an updated look, CPR® techs can make this happen! If a customer wants to use their cell phone overseas, CPR® can make this possible! If a customer switches cell phone service providers and wishes to continue using the same cell phone that they are used to using, CPR® can make this happen as well!
